Follow-up on the Standing Cat

Just a bit of follow-up on the standing cat video.

While the kitty is obviously the star of the show, you cannot discount the music here, which has taken a good kitty-vid and made it great. The track’s total pop effervescence lends a degree of fantasy and overall silly that really compliments our furry friend’s striking posture.

Music is courtesy of Yoko Kanno, a Japanese composer best know for her work on soundtracks to video games, anime films, TV, movies and ads. This specific track, as far as I can tell, is from the anime series Cowboy Bebop, though I’m not sure of the name.
